Arizona State is bolstering its non-conference schedule once again. On Monday the school announced it had scheduled a home-and-home series with SEC-giant Texas A&M for 2026 and 2027.
According to a statement by the Sun Devils, ASU will travel to College Station on September 12, 2026 and the Aggies will trek west and play at Sun Devil Stadium on September 11, 2027.
“This agreement with Texas A&M University provides us with another elite future series with a Power 5 opponent,” Vice President for University Athletics Ray Anderson said.
The two schools have some recent history. In 2015, A&M rolled out of Houston with a convincing 38-17 win in a Week 1 neutral-site game.
The Sun Devils now have quite the SEC presence in their non-conference future. A little over two months ago, ASU announced a home-and-home with Mississippi State for 2024 and 2025. They also have a home-and-home with LSU set for 2029 and 2030.
“The last two series that we have scheduled have been versus schools from the SEC (Texas A&M and Mississippi State),” Anderson said, “This agreement complements our future series’ with LSU, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Oklahoma State, and BYU.”
