On Tuesday, a pair of Sun Devils had changed at the professional level. Former Sun Devil offensive tackle Quinn Bailey was activated to the Denver Broncos’ active after they placed defensive tackle Adam Gotsis on injured reserve.

Quinn spent the first 16 weeks on the Broncos’ practice squad. He played 43 games in his five-year career at Arizona State and earned All-Confernece honorable mention in his senior season in 2018.
Meanwhile on the diamond, former Sun Devil outfielder Kole Calhoun agreed to a homecoming. After spending eight years with the Los Angeles Angels, Calhoun signed a multi-year deal with the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Calhoun had a career average over .300 paired with 29 home runs and 112 RBI in Tempe. He was drafted in the eighth round of the 2010 MLB Draft by the Angels.
