News and Notes

-Outfielders Sean McLain and Dusty Garcia are both currently on the shelf with injuries, leaving freshman walk-on Danny Marshall to fill in and get the start in center field on Opening Night. Marshall found out on Thursday afternoon that he would be starting

-Spencer Torkelson, Gage Workman and Alika Williams were all named to the 2020 Golden Spikes Preseason Watch List

-Justin Fall will start on Opening Night vs Villanova, with junior Boyd Vander Kooi getting the nod for Saturday afternoon vs the Wildcats. The rest of the rotation for opening weekend is to be determined
