Herm Edwards and company continued its recruiting trails despite dead time during the COVID-19 outbreak. Caleb Banks from Southfield, Michigan announced his pledge to the Sun Devils on Twitter:

New defensive line coach Robert Rodriguez led Banks’ recruitment. 247Sports lists Banks as an offensive tackle, but his Twitter bio and Rivals puts him as a weak-side defensive end. Rivals ranks Banks as the 24th best recruit in the state of Michigan.
Earlier in April, Banks included the Sun Devils along with Michigan State, Louisville, Minnesota, Iowa State, Indiana, Purdue, Kentucky, Nebraska, Pittsburgh and Michigan. Banks’ length at 6-foot-6 makes him extremely attractive as a pass rusher.
