The Arizona State Sun Devils just got their fourth commitment this week with the newest addition being Gharin Stansbury from Franklin, La.
Stansbury joins Lonyatta “Junior” Alexander, Martin Lucas and Tommi Hill as the new recruits to Arizona State’s 2021 class this past week.

247Sports and Rivals rank Stansbury as a three-star recruit, but one has him as a weak-side defensive end (247Sports) and the other as an outside linebacker (Rivals). 247Sports has him as its 1107th ranked player nationally, 63rd at the position and 33rd in the state of Louisiana.
Defensive line coach Robert Rodriguez led the recruitment of the 6-foot-5 — the height being a common theme in the 2021 class — defensive player. Stansbury also held offers from schools such as Indiana, Kansas, Houston, Louisiana and others.
