The Arizona State men’s basketball team is coming off two straight victories over Cal and Stanford and appears to be turning the corner, but the momentum has come to an abrupt halt.
With COVID-19 developments in the program once again, Thursday’s matchup against Colorado and Sunday’s matchup against Utah have been postponed.
The Sun Devils now have had seven scheduled contests postponed due to the ongoing pandemic:
- At Colorado
- At Oregon
- Utah (Dec. 22 and after rescheduling to Feb. 2)
- At Utah
- At Washington
- At Washington State
The Pac-12 and ASU will continue to work towards rescheduling each matchup prior to the Pac-12 Conference tournament, which begins March 10. The final regular-season game for Bobby Hurley’s squad is on February 27 against Washington State.
Following the matchup against Washington State, there is a span of 10 days (Feb, 28-Mar. 9) for the Sun Devils to play all of the postponed contests.
