Bobby Hurley didn’t waste much time in his attempt to make his frontcourt better this offseason. A day after getting a commitment from four-star center Enoch Boakye, the Sun Devils added another body down low.

Robert Morris transfer AJ Bramah announced his decision to continue his career in Tempe. He considered Nevada, Western Kentucky and St. Bonaventure while in the portal and will be immediately eligible for next season.

Braham only played in 12 games last year for Robert Morris, but certainly made an impact. He averaged over 20 points and 10 rebounds per game, including a season-high 28 points and a three-game streak of 14-plus rebounds.

It’s unlikely Braham has those type of numbers as a Sun Devil, however, he’ll be depth that Arizona State didn’t have this past season.

The rotation in the post could at least be Jalen Graham, Chris Osten, Braham and Boakye, with the potential of Marcus Bagley and Kimani Lawrence returning, pending their personal decisions.

It feels like a lot of mouths to feed, but following the 2020-21 season, most shouldn’t have an issue with it.
