Arizona State’s memorable 2021 season came to a close in the National Semfinals on Saturday in Los Angeles, as the Sun Devils fell at the hands of top-seeded USC by a final score of 10-4.
ASU would compete and had an early 3-2 lead, but the talented Trojans proved to be too much to handle. USC would take a 5-3 lead into halftime, then grab control in the second half.

Amira Van Buren, Bente Rogge, Alba Olive Marti and Luca Petovary recorded the four goals for the maroon and gold.
Todd Clapper’s team caps off the regular season with three top-five victories and a run that was just short of a National Championship.
The third place finish marked the highest-ranked finish in program history, and the the group will look to come back next year even stronger at the Mona Plummer Aquatic Center.
