Jackson is currently rated as 247Sports’ 154th overall recruit, 18th best linebacker and Nebraska’s second top recruit. Dozens of Power Five schools offered Jackson including Auburn, Iowa, LSU, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Texas A&M and more.
For Sun Devil fans, the tea leaves don’t read in your favor. At one point according to 247Sports Crystal Ball, Arizona State was the favorite to land Jackson at one point. Since the news broke of the NCAA’s investgatiion, however, all four experts have flipped their predictions to Oregon.
Jackson also recently took a visit to Eugene, Ore. on Sept. 28 and visited Miami over the summer without an official visit to Tempe. Jackson’s friend from Omaha, Deshawn Woods, also appeared to be headed to Tempe, but picked Missouri back in July.
